Eligibility

Account Registration and Responsibility

Jurisdiction and Permitted Use
The p65 platform is intended for use by players located in the Philippines and is operated in accordance with applicable regulations. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using p65 is lawful in the area where you reside before registering an account or placing any bets. p65 does not offer its services in jurisdictions where online sports betting and gaming entertainment are prohibited by law, and it is your duty to be aware of and comply with local laws and regulations that apply to you. Access to p65 from regions or countries where such activity is restricted is done entirely at the user's own risk and discretion. p65 reserves the right to restrict or block access from any jurisdiction at any time and without prior notice if it determines that continued access would conflict with applicable legal requirements.
Prohibited Conduct

Any attempt to exploit technical errors, loopholes, or vulnerabilities in the platform's systems for personal gain is a serious violation of these terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated funds. p65 employs security monitoring to detect irregular patterns of activity, and any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be investigated and may be permanently closed without prior warning. p65 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in the Philippines and internationally where required by law.
Sports Betting Terms
All bets placed on the p65 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, and event type as displayed at the time of placing the bet. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player — please review your selections carefully before confirming. p65 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed on an event affected by an error, technical fault, or data feed failure that materially affected the odds at the time of placement. Winnings from sports bets will be credited to your p65 account balance after the relevant event has concluded and results have been verified through official sources. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any bet, the decision of the p65 team shall be final and binding after a fair review process has been completed. Maximum bet limits and minimum bet amounts apply per market and are displayed within the sports betting interface.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and PHP Payments
All financial transactions on p65 are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP) using local payment methods supported by the platform. Deposits are typically processed immediately and credited to your account balance, allowing you to begin betting and gaming without delay. Bonus funds and free bet credits are not withdrawable as cash and must be used in accordance with the wagering requirements stated in each promotion's specific terms before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. p65 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, though any promotion already claimed and in active use by a player will continue to be honoured under the terms stated at the time of claiming. Players may only claim each welcome offer or sign-up promotion once, and p65 monitors for abuse of promotional offers including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus. Any account found to be exploiting promotions in bad faith will have the bonus and any related winnings forfeited and the account reviewed for suspension. Limitation of Liability
p65 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p65 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service caused by circumstances beyond p65's reasonable control. p65 is not liable for the content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party services that may be linked to or integrated with the platform. In all cases where p65 is found to be liable, the maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory under which liability is asserted, and nothing in these terms shall exclude liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
Privacy and Data Use
p65 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside them. By registering for a p65 account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information for the purposes of account management, payment processing, regulatory compliance, and communication about platform features and promotions. p65 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes and will only share information with third parties where required by law, where necessary to process your transactions, or where you have given explicit consent.
